The new website is intended on the one hand to document and present the life of this grand seigneur of photography, but on the other hand also to highlight the work of the Foundation. This includes the collection, as F.C. Gundlach collected photographs over many decades and thus created one of the most important private collections in this field.

In addition to a great deal of information on the artist, his work and career, the web workers at gradwerk have also developed an extensive and maintainable image database, which currently contains 1000 photos from F.C. Gundlach's photographic oeuvre. Within this area, art lovers can use special search functions to research and inform themselves extensively.

The "Edition" section, which is managed by the editors of the Foundation, contains all the pictures that can in principle be purchased. Interested visitors have the opportunity here to collect their favourite motifs in a kind of shopping basket and to send a request for them by e-mail.

Thanks to the integration of the gradwerk CMS 6 editorial system, the staff of the F.C. Gundlach Foundation can extensively manage, expand and analyse the website, which has of course also been designed to be mobile-friendly. In particular, the mailing system integrated in CMS 6 will take up a large share of the foundation's marketing activities. Thanks to Responsive Web Design with big-screen capability, the website can also be viewed optimally on large screens, such as TV sets.
