As the need for professional notarial advice has become increasingly extensive and confusing for clients in both the private and business client sectors, gradwerk was commissioned by Notariat Dr. Bonneß to design an information portal that can be maintained via CMS. The website is divided into different specialist areas and target groups and provides visitors with initial basic information on what needs to be done and observed in the context of a notarial cooperation.

With the help of CMS 6, content and especially the structure of all content and overview pages can be designed and built by the client independently and in a very differentiated manner. For example, the appearance of the overviews can be influenced in any form and colour with the tile designer developed especially for the client. For example, the editors of the notary's office Dr. Bonneß can decide whether certain topic tiles should appear with or without a picture and with a certain colour scheme. It is also possible to determine the position of the image and the size of the tile.

The web portal of the Hamburg notary's office currently contains around 100 different specialist articles on a wide range of topics, from property purchase contracts to powers of attorney and pension provision to asset succession. In the business client section, interested parties can also find out everything about founding a company, applying for registration and buying a company. All the articles serve as a guide to a first contact with a notary's office in Hamburg. If desired, the final consultation can of course take place on site at the notary's office for a fee. gradwerk developed the entire mobile-capable functional concept and the portal design. The provision of different databases and tools integrated in the CMS 6 was particularly demanding in order to allow the client maximum maintainability of the content and influence on the design of the portal.
